Yahoo is dealing with Google for outsource his ADV to Google and close his internal ADV project called Panama (a million dollar one…). The but is to create value by creating a stronger Yahoo and so to rise the price that Microsoft should pay for the possible acquisition.

If with Itunes happens one of the following:

• You are unable to complete a purchase from the iTunes Store.
• You cannot play music you purchased from the iTunes Store.
• An alert appears with the following text:
  

  “There was an error storing your authorization information on this computer. The required directory was not found or has a permission error.“

A missing Shared folder may prevent purchases from the iTunes Store or may prevent playback of purchased music. The following steps will recreate a missing Share folder using either the Finder or the Terminal.

Use the Finder

1. Log in using an administrator account.
2. From the Go menu, choose Go to Folder.
3. Type: “/Users” and click Go.
4. If there is not a Shared folder in the Users folder, from the File menu, choose New Folder.
5. Name the folder “Shared”.
6. Select the new folder and from the File menu, choose Get Info.
7. Click the disclosure triangle to open the Ownership and Permissions section of the Info window.
8. Set the permissions as follows (you may be prompted to enter an administrator account password):
   • Owner: access Read & Write
   • Group: access Read & Write
   • Others: access Read & Write
9. Close the Get Info window.

Advanced: Use Terminal

1. Open Terminal (/Applications/Utilities).Warning: This step involves modifying permission settings by entering commands in the Terminal application. Users unfamiliar with Terminal and UNIX-like environments should proceed with caution. The entry of incorrect commands may result in data loss or unusable system software. Improper alteration of permissions can result in reduced system security or exposure of private data.
2. Type: sudo mkdir -p /Users/Shared
3. Press Return.
4. Enter your administrator account password when prompted, then press Return.
5. Type sudo chmod 777 /Users/Shared
6. Press Return.
7. Quit Terminal.

Sono arrivato ad un punto che sono stanco delle parole della politica, perfino di quelle di Grillo. Sono un Ingegnere, io voglio fatti, non parole. Ad oggi Grillo ha fatto solo quest’ultime. Si fa presto a dire che il meno peggio non va bene, belle parole, però prendo molto sul serio il mio voto, e se andasse al governo il “peggio” per il mio voto o delle persone cui non sono riuscito a far ragionare, non me lo potrei perdonare.

Odio i comunisti e i sindacati perchè sono una delle rovine dell’Italia, non sono un’estremista di destra perchè l’integrazione e il rispetto delle diversità (se pur regolamentata) è la civiltà con la C maiuscola, e non posso dare il mio voto ad un nano mafioso che a 72 anni non ha nulla ma proprio nulla, ma proprio nullla, da dare ad un paese disastrato come l’Italia. Il meno peggio per me è proprio il PD. purtroppo. Speravo onestamente che con la creazione del PD si sarebbero visti volti nuovi, ma nulla. Ho votato alle primarie Letta economista di tutto rispetto (42 anni), ma nulla. L’unica cosa che questo partito può dare è la nascita di un partito unico che anche se non a questa elezione, segnerà l’inizio di un nuovo modo di fare politica. Non hanno inventato nulla, però penso sia l’inizio si un lungo processo di adeguamento all’Europa e agli states. Vi posso dire che non vedremo rivoluzioni se il PD andrà al governo, ma la vittoria del PD significa la morta dei partitini e spero l’ultima elezione di Berlusconi. Alle prossime avremo Fini che è rimasto nel buio proprio per non bruciarsi e perchè tanto sa che tra un paio di anni il nano verrà internato in clinica. però non sentirò la erre moscia di Bertinotti. Non sentirò gente come Boselli, l’ipocrita di Casini che mette in primo piano la famiglia e infatti lui è al terzo matrimonio, il partito mano in pasta napoletano di De Mita / Mastella. Con due partiti unici (oggi il PDL non lo è) questa gente non la vedremo più. Il processo è iniziato. poi ci sarà da mandare a casa la moglie di Fassino, Big Jim Rutelli, quei pazzi di Calderoli, Bossi. Però il processo politico che io speravo sarà iniziato.

Voto Veltroni perchè quando avevamo bisogno di gente come grillo, questo ha pensato di continuare a fare parole e scrivere sui blog. Non farò scheda nulla perchè è una forma di protesta inutile e priva di coraggio. Perchè oltre a leggere sui libri di storia che c’è stato il più grande caso di schede nulle in Italia, non serve a nulla perchè ci prende più voti andrà cmq al governo.

Voto il meno peggio perchè il peggio mi fa veramente paura.

Precautions You Should Take Before Investing

If you have not made a business angel investment before, there are a few things to consider before investing in a company:

• Obtain experienced legal advice for assessing documentation, structuring the deal and drawing up agreements.
• Obtain experienced accountancy assistance for assessing the business plans, other due diligence and tax advice.
• Plan how you expect to achieve a return from your investment provided the investment is successful, i.e. dividends, fees, capital gain.
• Find out about the entrepreneur and management team’s background and track record. Establish whether the entrepreneur, fellow directors or any of the management team have been bankrupt or been a director of an insolvent company and the facts behind this.
• Consider investing together with an experienced business angel. Business angel networks may be able to put you in contact with an experienced angel who may be interested in investing in the same company you are considering.
• Be patient. It often much longer than many business angels anticipate to find the right company in which to invest.
